When refunds apply, what is deducted, and how to request one for any Techcake programme.

This Refund Policy applies to all programmes offered by Techcake Cloud Innovations LLP. The document is a working draft and will be finalised with legal counsel.
You may cancel your enrolment and request a refund of fees paid (less an administrative deduction) within 1 day from payment. This 1-day window applies to all programmes, the Career Program, standalone courses, and standalone project-based training.
The administrative deduction covers seat-allocation costs and partner co-ordination already incurred. Exact figures are confirmed at enrolment.
Once 1 day has passed from payment and the programme has begun, fees become non-refundable, except in specific circumstances described below.
If Techcake is unable to deliver a programme as advertised, for reasons attributable to Techcake, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
For the standalone internships mentored by experienced working engineers, withdrawal after the intake start is governed by the agreement signed at intake. Generally, fees paid for an active internship are non-refundable once the intake has commenced. Specific terms are walked through on the counsellor call.
Where you have opted for an EMI plan, the refund (if any) is calculated against the total programme fee, not against instalments paid to date. Outstanding instalments may continue to be due where the programme has been delivered.
To request a refund, write to hello@techcake.in with your name, enrolment details, and the reason for the request, within 1 day from payment. Where a refund is approved, it is processed within 7 business days.
If a refund decision is disputed, the matter may be escalated to the Founder, Techcake Cloud Innovations LLP, in writing. Any further dispute is governed by the Terms of Service.
We may update this policy from time to time. The terms applicable to a given enrolment are the terms in force at the date of that enrolment.
